For People with Special Needs

Although the conformation of the Park territory is varied, its most salient feature is represented by water, be it in the shape of river, sea, marshes or salt basins. Thanks to its particular geomorphological characteristics, the Park territory lends itself better than others to visits by people with special needs. What might seem a limit can in fact provide different "points of view", which can give us a new "reading" of nature.
Here is a list of suitable facilities and of the possible visits in the different "stations" of Parco del delta del Po:

Environmental Education Centre - Mesola Castle (Mesola - Ferrara)
The Centre is thought for all visitors and especially for students of all ages, and it might serve as a departure point for visits to any of the Park stations.
The centre houses a common space for visitors, situated in the middle of the centre, and a nature-didactic laboratory for practical experiences addressed to schools.
(The centre is on the second floor of the building – lift available)
